We have an exciting opportunity for a Stock Control Specialist to join our team within Fenwick Bracknell

About the role

Our Stock Control Specialists maintain the integrity and accuracy of our stock files. You will work to identify errors and provide resolution of issues within our D365 system. You will work collaboratively across the business to ensure achievement of best practice in Store.

Responsibilities Include -

  • Work with teams across Buying, Logistics and Finance to prioritise daily and weekly fault resolution and information.
  • Interact with D365 to resolve queries and provide feedback to the team(s) involved.
  • Through resolution of queries identify training requirements within the Store. Provide feedback to the Operations Manager and agree a training solution.
  • Co-ordinate stock taking, both end of season and cyclical counting including loading and downloading HHT’s. Co-ordinate cut offs between Retail Operations and Finance Operations teams.
  • Lead on on-hand investigations on any variances, actions and corrections.
  • Monitor and maintain dump barcodes, liaising with Retail teams to correct and provide a resolution.
  • Monitor stock movement flows (e.g. customer deliveries) and ensure an accurate recording.

  • Experience working in a similar role & business - Essential
  • Effective communicator at all levels across all categories.
  • High level of organisation possesses the ability to manage and prioritise during peak times.
  • Demonstrates a pro-active approach to fault finding and resolution.
  • Experience with training delivery would be desirable but not essential.
