This half term, more than 400 children over two days attended the Big Bug Cave workshops in The Lexicon to create a spooktacular giant spider web filled with scary crafted bugs!

Sue Boor, head of marketing at The Lexicon says: “The Big Bug Cave workshops were incredibly popular and filled with fun, creativity and lots of brilliantly creepy creations! The Lexicon’s first Halloween celebrations went down a treat with both children and parents and we look forward to hosting more festive celebrations in the near future!”

The Lexicon has also been celebrating Halloween in style with Princess Square hosting a replica of the world’s largest pumpkin measuring more than 2.5 metres high.

The Pumpkin was big enough to fit a whole family or group of friends and provided the perfect photo opportunity. Groups shared their pumpkin pictures with #TheLexiconPumpkin for a chance to win one of three £40.00 Gift Cards from The Lexicon.

#TheLexiconPumpkin Winners:

  • Zdenka Pospiskova Wise
  • Bel McCarthy
  • Andrew Broadley
