Famous for its giant Coralina pirate ship, Coral Reef Waterworld has been one of Bracknell’s favourite places to spend the day since 1989. Following 2017’s massive £13 million refurbishment, Coral Reef Waterworld is now better than ever, with five brand-new giant waterslides alongside the Lazy River rapids, Coconut Grove Café and Sauna World.

This hands-on science centre has more than 90 activities for children of all ages plus a gift shop, coffee shop and adventure play area. The centre is set in 1000 hectares of woodland which is owned and managed by The Crown Estate and is the perfect starting point for a wide range of trail walks and bike rides.

The creative heart of Berkshire, South Hill Park Arts Centre is based in a seventeenth century mansion, set in acres of beautiful parkland. Opened in 1973 and with two theatres, a cinema, rehearsal and function rooms, a digital media suite, café, bar and restaurant, the Centre offers around 300 shows and 250 workshop courses every year. At Go Ape, you can take to the trees as you speed down zip slides and navigate rope bridges and swings, all set high above the forest floor. If you’re looking for a more down to earth forest experience, enjoy exploring on a rugged all-terrain Segway. Go Ape is suitable for adults and children and is open from February to November each year.
