Public Notice of Filming & Photography

Please be aware that there will be an official photographer and videographer at today’s event. Owing to the scale of the event we are unable to get signed GDPR forms from all individuals.

By entering the area, you irrevocably consent to and authorise The Lexicon and partners to use the records and footage of you in any and all media, and for any purposes.

This footage may be used in publications, sent to the press, used online including websites, social media and intranet sites. They may also be used for reports, presentations, leaflets, posters and other marketing materials.

If you do not wish to be included, please make yourself known to a staff member. You can contact marketing@thelexiconbracknell.com at any time should there be an issue.
