What You’ll Do:
- Support the Store Manager with all store opening activities and team onboarding
- Drive a customer-first, high-performing sales culture
- Lead, inspire, and develop a new team to deliver exceptional service
- Monitor and analyse KPIs, taking action to maximise results
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and brand presentation
- Oversee stock levels and day-to-day operational effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and store procedures
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in retail management, ideally in footwear, fashion, or lifestyle sectors
- A confident leader with the ability to coach and motivate a team
- Commercially aware and results-driven
- Strong communication skills and a hands-on approach
- Passion for Timberland’s brand, heritage, and sustainability values
- Reliable, adaptable, and enthusiastic about being part of a new store launch
