Assistant Restaurant Manager

We have an exciting role available within Fenwick Bracknell as the Assistant Restaurant Manager of our Mason & Rye and Fuego Restaurants.
Brilliantly British in style and spirit, Fenwick is the department store of note for shoppers of exceptional taste since 1882.
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager you will be supporting the Restaurant Manager with the day to day safe management of the restaurant and the supervision of the team. You will be asked to provide exceptional service consistently and drive sales through the coaching of mentoring of your team.
One of the key benefits to this role is that the working hours are around the store opening hours which often are more sociable than standard restaurant hours.
We are looking for a candidate who has;
- 2/3 years previous restaurant management/supervisory experience
- Exceptional hospitality/customer service skills
- Practical staff management and resourcing skills
- Experience in training and coaching of teams in sales, customer service and food safety
