‘The role in a nutshell’

Customer:

  • You create an outstanding customer service in-store experience by putting the customer at the forefront of all we do.
  • Actively greets, assists, and sells in a professional and passionate method that reflects and promotes our Brand Values.
  • You have extensive product knowledge across all three services, Hire, Tailor Me & Retail.
  • You can confidently offer sartorial, individual bespoke advice, while taking time to fully understand the individual needs of the customer.
  • You proactively take full advantage of all selling opportunities, with the aim of building multiple sales towards supporting key business KPI’S.
  • Deliver and maintain the highest possible level of Visual Merchandising standards, both sartorial & commercial, you recognise this as an integral part of the Customer experience.
  • You are fully aware of the Brand’s Omni-channel Marketplace strategy, proactively using this knowledge towards enhancing your customer experience.
  • You always exceed customer expectations through every individual interaction and each channel touchpoint i.e., email, telephone etc. ensuring customer satisfaction towards a repeat experience.

Leadership, Communication & People:

  • You uphold Company standards and act as a mentor, leader, and positive role model to others, building and maintaining strong relationships that work collaboratively toward the common Business goals.
  • You ensure all Retail Daily Briefs priorities, and all other relevant Head Office communications are shared with and understood by all members of your store team.
  • You continually maintain and participate in an environment of management review, discussing, analysing, agreeing, and implementing a plan for all commercial & operational initiatives.
  • You actively participate in the training and development of all new and existing colleagues to meet the Company’s Service and Brand expectations.
  • You ensure all colleagues are receiving regular documented observation based coaching feedback, promoting personal development, towards improves service levels and KPI performance.
  • You conduct yourself in a way that actively promotes healthy well-being (both mentally and physically)
  • You support the Store Manager on all aspect of Human Resources (recruitment, employee relations, absence management etc)
  • You possess a full awareness and understanding of all company processes and policies.
  • You are confident with verbal and written communication at all levels within the business.

Managing the Environment & Driving the business:

  • You are Commercially and financially astute.
  • You have full awareness of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and store performance against target KPI.
  • You continually meet and exceed store KPIs through the constant analyse and measurement of store performance.
  • Driving productivity: you create & role model an environment where one transaction per team employee working/selling hour is achieved and succeeded upon.
  • You exhibit excellent floor presence, always leading by example, overseeing a high level of service & operational delivery within a positive and upbeat store environment.
  • You always promote the brand and products in a positive, proactive manner.
  • You continually engage with the visual team to develop merchandising skills, standards, and commercial opportunities.
  • You identify external opportunities towards improving store performance and customer engagement.
  • You actively keep up to date with feedback from Feefo and Trust Pilot for your store and follow up accordingly.

Operations:

  • You will always ensure adherence to company security procedures and policies, maintaining a safe working environment, fully compliant with all regulations under the Health and Safety at Work Act.
  • You can demonstrate full knowledge & capability across all internal operational systems.
  • You will ensure all daily, weekly, monthly, store-level operational procedures are delivered accurately and in a timely fashion, in accordance with all Company policies and procedures.
  • You will support in the store rota build, ensuring all commercial conversion opportunities are maximised via Store Tech and staff are engaged with the completed rotas and the applicable productivity expectations before distribution.
  • You will support in ensuring that employee’s attendance is captured accurately and submitted on time via the UKG platform. Ensuring that your Business operates with the agreed Deployment Costs.
  • You will support in the management of the Appointed platform, ensuring that all customers are contacted prior to their visit and status information is recorded accurately.
  • You actively keep up to date with feedback from Feefo and Trust Pilot for your store and follow up accordingly.
  • You will proactively manage the usage of the discounting functionality, ensuring profit margin is maximised within the store.
  • Follow daily tasking requirements and replenishment systems, ensuring the sales floor is always replenished.
  • You will ensure the management of deliveries and stock handling in a timely manner, adhering to all stock control procedures to minimise stock loss and out of stocks.
  • You will support in a high level of stockroom/back area housekeeping requirements.
