Hours: Full-time, Permanent, 37.5 Hours, 5 Flexible Days out of 7 including weekends : £10.82 per hour

About the role
Our Team Leaders are key in creating an amazing customer experience in-store. Working to assist the Sales Manager, you will work alongside and supervise your team, role modelling excellence to surprise and delight our customers.
As the Team Leader, you will ensure all customer queries are handled effectively whilst coaching and developing the team and leading the day-to-day operation of you. You will work with pride and passion to drive productivity, maximizing every opportunity.

- Experience in a team leader or similar role/business (Essential)
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
- A strong interest in Fenwick and the brands we sell
- The successful candidate will start with us as soon as possible.
