Due to our UK expansion plans, we have an exciting opportunity for a visual merchandiser to join Søstrene Grene's management team. This is a dynamic and varied job in a beautiful environment.
Job Description
Set the visual expression and tone throughout the store, ensuring that Søstrene Grene's products are always aesthetically and commercially presented. You will understand how to tell a story with a product display, offering an enhanced customer experience whilst creating a strong commercial return with your displays.
Responsible for product knowledge
Stock planning and stock management
Processing deliveries
Involved with staff training
Keyholder duties
Responsible for building displays, planning & executing shop floor moves
Follow up on Store KPIs and initiate actions to reach our business targets, goals & budgets
The Successful Applicant
Minimum 2 years relevant VM luxury brand retail experience preferred
An ability to work cooperatively in a fast paced, team environment
Good organisational skills with ability to identify and follow through on priorities
Self-motivated, flexible, very organised, detail-oriented, a strong problem solver
Experience driving sales through commercial merchandising
