The Lexicon Awards 2025

Launched today, The Lexicon Awards 2025, seeks to recognise and celebrate customer service excellence across the town centre.

The Lexicon is asking the local community to help them identify the retailers, restaurants, and services within The Lexicon that go that extra mile to make every customer visit special.

Tom Henderson, centre director at The Lexicon says: 

“Last year, more than 4,300 votes were received, from visitors looking to support their favourite coffee shop, restaurant, store or service.  We hope that the local community, will get behind the awards once again and show their appreciation for the team and individuals that they feel demonstrate star performance.”

Shoppers, diners, and customers can vote once for each of the nine categories. Every vote cast will automatically enter participants into a draw to win one of nine £50 gift cards from The Lexicon.

Voting closes on Friday 20 February 2026.
