From The Lexicon Management Suite situated on the lower ground floor of The Avenue Car Park, Monday to Friday between 9am and 4pm (excl. Bank Holidays), or
Online (when you order online, you’ll be taken to the Giftify website to complete the purchase.)

As a payment method for Gift Cards we accept the following – Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, VPAY, Electron and UnionPay.

Check your balance Terms & conditions applyThe Lexicon Gift Card are issued and managed by Giftify. All funds associated with these cards are held in a designated client account under the control of Giftify only. Giftify settles with Mastercard on a daily basis for all transactions that occur on these gift cards. Giftify’s obligation is to its cardholders as per the terms and conditions (see link) of its cards, and to Mastercard as per its membership agreement.
As a result, there is no risk to any retail or leisure occupier to continue to accept these gift cards, as all funds are entirely separate.
