In accordance with the latest Government guidelines all our retailers, restaurants and cafés, are allowed to reopen their doors on Monday 12 April 2021.

We are ready for the anticipated increase in shoppers, with an enhanced cleaning programme, including fogging, re-stocked hand sanitisers and signage to assist you to maintain social distancing and safely navigate the town centre.

As always, our priority is the health of our team and visitors, so please follow the directional signage, keep your distance from other shoppers and retail teams, use the hand sanitiser provided and wear face masks in enclosed areas such as lifts, car parks, Princess Square and shops.

Please do check opening times and operating procedures with individual retailers, restaurants and cafes.

Visiting The Lexicon

How will you make The Lexicon a safe place to visit?

We have installed wall mounted and free sanitising stations around the town centre for visitors to use where appropriate.
In certain locations one-way directional systems have been installed directing customers to walk on the left-hand side to maintain the 2m social distancing requirements.
The on-site team will help and support where resources allow with any issues arising from the introduction of the social distancing guidelines.
Customers are encouraged to shop alone where possible. Customers are reminded that accompanied children are their responsibility and should also follow social distancing guidelines.
In line with government guidelines visitors to The Lexicon are required to wear mandatory face coverings (exemptions do apply) in enclosed public spaces including Princess Square and all stores at The Lexicon
We are operating a Track and Trace / QR code system in line with government guidance. All information on Track and Trace can be found here

Central Facilities

Information about the car park lifts in Princess Square, High Street, Braccan Walk and The Avenue?

All the lifts within The Lexicon (BWCP, HSCP, TACP and Princess Square) will be open but social distancing guidelines will apply to limit the number of people allowed to use the lifts at any one time. Please expect delays.

Alternatively, all stairways will be open, please follow social distancing guidelines and walk on the left.

What facilities will be open for people with disabilities?

The Changing Room facilities in The Avenue and within Princess Square on level 2 can be accessed with a "radar key"

Will all toilets be open?

The toilets in the Welcome Hall by The Avenue Car Park and those in Princess Square are now open every day between 10am and 8pm. There are other public toilets are located within The High Street Car Park.

How can I buy Gift Cards from The Lexicon?

Gift Cards can only be purchased online for postal delivery at: https://thelexiconbracknell.flex-e-card.com/

My Gift Card has expired during lockdown, what happens next?

If you have a Gift Card for The Lexicon that has expired, you should be able to extend your Gift Card for an extra three months, please call the number on the reverse of your card to validate the offer.

Will the Management Suite and/or Information Hub be open at The Lexicon?

The Management Suite and Information Hub are both still currently closed.
