• We have installed wall mounted and free sanitising stations around the town centre for visitors to use where appropriate.
• In certain locations one-way directional systems have been installed directing customers to walk on the left-hand side to maintain the 2m social distancing requirements.
• The on-site team will help and support where resources allow with any issues arising from the introduction of the social distancing guidelines. 
• Customers are encouraged to shop alone where possible. Customers are reminded that accompanied children are their responsibility and should also follow social distancing guidelines.
• In line with government guidelines visitors to The Lexicon are required to wear mandatory face coverings (exemptions do apply) in enclosed public spaces including Princess Square and all stores at The Lexicon
• We are operating a Track and Trace / QR code system in line with government guidance. All information on Track and Trace can be found here

All the lifts within The Lexicon (BWCP, HSCP, TACP and Princess Square) will be open but social distancing guidelines will apply to limit the number of people allowed to use the lifts at any one time. Please expect delays. 

Alternatively, all stairways will be open, please follow social distancing guidelines and walk on the left.

The Changing Room facilities in The Avenue and within Princess Square on level 2 can be accessed with a "radar key"

The toilets in the Welcome Hall by The Avenue Car Park and those in Princess Square are now open every day between 10am and 8pm.  There are other public toilets are located within The High Street Car Park.

If you have a Gift Card for The Lexicon that has expired, you should be able to extend your Gift Card for an extra three months, please call the number on the reverse of your card to validate the offer.
